Masterson’s Tavern , situated in the center of Moonee Ponds , brands itself as a fashionable, contemporary hangout, but my unfortunate encounter at this establishment became a nightmarish ordeal . While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I encountered behind its walls was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .
The Condition of the Premises : Filthy and Neglected

The floors were sticky , and a nauseating aroma of uncleaned spills and dirty bathrooms suffused the entire bar . With a smell of a mixture of urine , decay and illness .
